Home Studios Game Studio

Games, made by people who play them.

Mobile, web and learning games, designed and built by our team. AI speeds up art, levels and testing, and a person plays every build before it ships.

A game studio inside an AI engineering company.

Our Game Studio brings game designers, artists and engineers together with the same AI platform we use for client builds. That means faster art, more levels and more testing, with people deciding what is fun and what ships.

What we make.

Six kinds of game work, from a first prototype to a live game with its own players.

Two friends playing a game on their phones
01

Casual mobile and web games

Quick to learn, hard to put down. Puzzle, arcade and idle games for iOS, Android and the browser.

A boy playing a learning game on a tablet
02

Learning games

Games inside a course or an education app, with the learning goal designed in and a teacher who signs off.

Friends on a sofa laughing over a phone game
03

Branded and campaign games

A game for a launch, a festival or a loyalty programme, built to the campaign date and measured after it.

04

Art, characters and animation

Characters, worlds and UI. AI drafts the options, and our artists finish every asset that ships.

A player at a computer in a dark room
05

AI characters and adaptive play

Characters that talk back, difficulty that adapts to the player, and generated levels a designer checks.

A man relaxing on a sofa playing a mobile game
06

Live games and updates

Events, new levels, analytics and fixes after launch, so the game keeps its players.

AI makes the drafts. People make the game.

We use AI where it saves time and keeps quality, and keep the calls that make a game good with our designers and artists.

Art and concepts
AI drafts concepts, variations and backgrounds. Our artists pick, paint over and finish what ships.
Levels and content
Generated level layouts, quests and dialogue, each one checked and tuned by a designer.
Characters
Non-player characters that hold a conversation, with guardrails on what they can say.
Testing
Bots that play thousands of runs to find crashes, soft-locks and balance problems before players do.
Localisation
Draft translations of text and voice, reviewed by a native speaker before release.

How a game gets made.

Five stages. You play the game at the end of each one, and you decide whether we go on.

  1. 01

    Concept

The idea, the player, the core loop and the art direction, on paper and in a clickable sketch.

  2. 02

    Playable prototype

The core loop running on a phone or in the browser, so you can feel it, not just read about it.

  3. 03

    Vertical slice

One level finished to release quality: art, sound, UI and feel. The first fixed-scope release.

  4. 04

    Production

The full game in dated increments, with a build you can play at the end of every sprint.

  5. 05

    Launch and live

Store submission, launch, analytics, then events and updates on a plan you agree.

Built to run, not just to demo.

Behind every game is the engineering our clients already trust us with.

  • Game engines for 2D and 3D, and HTML5 for the browser
  • Cloud saves, accounts, leaderboards and multiplayer back ends
  • In-app purchases, ads and subscriptions, wired to the stores
  • Analytics on what players do, so updates are based on data
  • Security, privacy and age-appropriate design for young players

Learning games a teacher signs off.

With our Education Apps studio, we build games where the learning is the game: maths, language, science and skills training, with progress a teacher can see.

Who it is for.

Studios, brands, education products and businesses that want a game: a casual mobile or web game, a learning game inside a course, or a branded game for a campaign.

Game studios

Extra art, engineering or testing capacity, or a full co-development team.

Brands

A game for a launch or campaign, delivered to the date it has to go live.

Education products

Learning games and gamified courses inside your app or platform.

Businesses

Training games, onboarding and loyalty games for staff and customers.

Questions about games.

Fixed-scope game. The first release is a playable vertical slice, then the full game in dated increments.

Who owns the game?

You do. The code, the art, the design documents and the store accounts are yours from day one.

Do you use AI-generated art in the final game?

AI speeds up drafts and variations. Every asset that ships is finished and approved by one of our artists, and we only use tools whose licences allow commercial use.

Which platforms do you build for?

iOS, Android and the web, from one codebase where the game allows it. Desktop builds are scoped case by case.

Can you add a game to our education app?

Yes. Learning games are built with our Education Apps studio, so the learning goal, the content and the teacher review come with it.

How do you test a game?

Automated bots play every build, and real players from the target audience playtest each milestone. A person on our team plays every build before it ships.

How do you charge?

A fixed fee for the concept and prototype, then a fixed scope for the vertical slice and the full game in dated increments. Live updates run on a monthly plan.

More from our studios.

Education Apps

An AI tutor, and the videos and content our team makes for the education product. Practice, checks and a study path. A teacher approves what students see.

Graphics Studio

AI applications that create graphics — brand visuals, campaigns, product imagery and design systems teams can edit and ship.

AI Film Studio

Our team makes the videos and the content: for education products, ad films and movies. A person reviews the cut before it goes out.

Let’s make your game.

Start with a concept and a playable prototype on a fixed fee. You keep the design, the art and the code.
