B2B Fintech Development

B2B Fintech Development is our practice for financial services: we build the platforms businesses use to move, lend, reconcile and report money, and we build them to pass an audit.

Overview

Business finance runs on invoices, approvals, payments, credit decisions and reconciliations, much of it still in spreadsheets and email. We build the platforms that take that work over: for fintech companies selling to businesses, and for banks, NBFCs and enterprises building their own.

Money software has a higher bar. Every amount must reconcile, every action must be traceable to a person or a rule, and every release must keep the regulator and the auditor satisfied. We design for that from the first week, not before the first audit.

AI does the reading and the matching: extracting invoices, scoring credit files, matching payments to ledgers and flagging what looks wrong. A person approves anything that moves money or changes a decision.

Who it is for

  • B2B fintech start-ups and scale-ups building payments, lending, spend or treasury products.
  • Banks and NBFCs launching digital products for business customers.
  • Enterprises modernising accounts payable, receivables, treasury or collections.
  • Payment companies and marketplaces that need payouts, settlements and reconciliation at volume.
  • Finance teams that want AI on invoices, reconciliations and reporting without losing control.

What you get

  • B2B payments: invoicing, collections, payouts, virtual accounts, bulk and cross-border payments.
  • Lending platforms: onboarding, KYB and KYC, credit decisioning, loan management and collections.
  • Spend, accounts payable and receivable automation with approval workflows.
  • Treasury and cash-management dashboards across banks and entities.
  • Double-entry ledgers and automated reconciliation that tie every amount to its source.
  • Banking, payment-gateway, UPI, open-banking and account-aggregator integrations.
  • AI for invoice and statement extraction, credit-file analysis, payment matching and fraud and anomaly flags.
  • Security and compliance controls: encryption, role-based access, maker-checker approvals, audit trails and data residency.

How it runs

  1. Discovery, two to three weeks: money flows, regulations, partners, risks and a dated release plan.
  2. Compliance and architecture first: the ledger, access model, audit trail and data residency are agreed before features.
  3. Build the core flow end to end, such as onboarding to first payment or application to first disbursal.
  4. Integrate banks, gateways, credit bureaus and accounting systems in sandbox, then live.
  5. Security testing, penetration testing and audit evidence before go-live.
  6. Go-live with reconciliation checks, monitoring and a rollback plan, then release by release.

In practice

  • An accounts-payable platform that reads supplier invoices, matches them to purchase orders and pays on approval.
  • A working-capital lending product with KYB, bank-statement analysis and a credit decision a risk officer signs off.
  • A payouts and settlement engine for a marketplace, reconciled daily against bank statements.
  • A treasury dashboard that shows cash across banks and entities in one view, refreshed through bank APIs.
  • A collections assistant that prioritises overdue accounts and drafts reminders a person approves.

Technology

  • Java, Kotlin, Go, Node.js and Python services, with PostgreSQL and event streaming on Kafka.
  • Double-entry ledger design with idempotent payments and daily reconciliation.
  • Bank, payment-gateway, UPI, open-banking and account-aggregator APIs, plus credit bureaus and accounting systems.
  • Hosting on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud in the region your regulator requires.
  • Controls designed to support PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and local central-bank guidelines.
  • AI models for document extraction, matching and risk flags, with every decision logged.

How we charge

A fixed-fee discovery, then fixed-scope releases or a dedicated fintech team billed monthly, with a named delivery lead and a security lead on every engagement.

Questions

Do you understand the regulation?

We design for it from the start and work with your compliance team and advisers. Regulatory sign-off stays with you; the controls, evidence and audit trails are ours to build.

Can AI make credit or payment decisions?

AI prepares the decision: it reads the documents, scores the file and flags risks. A person or an approved rule makes the decision, and both are logged.

Can you work with our bank and payment partners?

Yes. We integrate with the banks, gateways and bureaus you already use, starting in their sandboxes.

Where is the data kept?

In your cloud account, in the region your regulator requires. Sensitive fields are encrypted, and access is logged.
