MVP and Prototyping

MVP and Prototyping turns an idea into something people can use, quickly, so you learn from users before you build the rest.

Overview

We agree the one question the MVP has to answer, then build the least that answers it. Everything else waits.

The MVP is small, but it is not disposable. It is built on the stack the full product will use, so the next release extends it instead of starting again.

Who it is for

  • Founders who need something real to show users and investors.
  • Corporate innovation teams testing a new idea before a full budget.
  • Product teams that want to try an AI feature before committing to it.

What you get

  • A one-week sprint to agree the problem, the users and the test.
  • A clickable prototype to put in front of users early.
  • A working MVP on real infrastructure, not a throwaway demo.
  • Analytics and feedback capture built in.
  • A short report of what users did and what to build next.

How it runs

  1. Week 1: problem, users, the one question, and the scope.
  2. Weeks 2 to 3: prototype and first user sessions.
  3. Weeks 3 to 8: build the MVP in short sprints.
  4. Launch to a first group of users and measure.
  5. Decide together: build further, change direction or stop.

In practice

  • A booking app for one city before a national roll-out.
  • An AI feature tested with ten customers before it reaches all of them.
  • A B2B fintech product, such as invoice financing, tested with one design-partner client.

Technology

  • Next.js, React Native or Flutter for fast, real front ends.
  • Managed backends and databases to move quickly without dead ends.
  • Hosted AI models for early tests, swappable later.

How we charge

Fixed scope and fixed fee, with the launch date agreed at the start.

Questions

How fast can we have something?

A clickable prototype usually comes within two to three weeks, and a working MVP within six to eight, depending on scope.

What happens after the MVP?

If the test works, we move into Product Development on the same code. If it does not, you have spent weeks, not a year.
