Perceive
We see the whole system before we touch it: data, integrations, process, people and risk. Output: the discovery pack and a fixed-price proposal.
How we work
Every engagement follows the same four movements. We start by seeing the whole system — data, process, people, risk — before we write code. We engineer with the same discipline as any production software. We deliver in fixed, dated increments. And we run what we build for as long as you want us to. Each movement has its own page. Read those if you want the workshops, artefacts and failure modes — not only the summary.
01 · Weeks 1–2
We see the whole system before we touch it: data, integrations, process, people and risk. Output: the discovery pack and a fixed-price proposal.
02 · Weeks 3–10
Architecture, foundations and the first product increment, built with tests, security review and evaluation harnesses from the first sprint. Weekly demos; nothing invisible.
03 · By week 12
A production release, not a pilot: integrated, monitored, documented, with users trained and a runbook handed over.
04 · Ongoing
Managed operations: evaluation against drift, cost control, agent supervision, model upgrades and a quarterly roadmap. You can take it in-house at any time; everything is yours.
Next step
A fixed-fee discovery gives you a ranked use-case portfolio, a target architecture, a cost model and a build proposal you can take to your board. If we don't find a case worth building, we tell you.
