What we collect

If you book a discovery, the form asks for your name, work email, company, role, region, and a description of what you are trying to do. We use that to reply, and to run the engagement if we work together.

Sending the form does not create a contract. A paid discovery or a build starts only when both sides sign an agreement issued by IQLEXA Technologies Private Limited.

Cookies

You can use the whole site without analytics. The discovery form does not depend on them.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to reply. If you become a client, we keep what the contract requires. Your cookie choice stays in this browser until you change it or clear site data.

Who sees it

We do not sell personal information. The email service that delivers the discovery form handles the message so it can reach us. If you accept analytics, the analytics provider receives the page-view data described above. We do not pass the form to that provider.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have a right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to object to certain processing. Write to hello@incubics.com and we will reply.
