Incubics

For your role

For CIOs

You are accountable for a portfolio that now includes AI — alongside ERP, cloud migration, security and the systems that actually run the business. You need a partner who treats AI as production software, not a science project.

What you are trying to solve

The board wants AI in the roadmap. Business units have pilots. Vendors have slideware. Your team is stretched across modernisation, resilience and cost control. The gap is not ambition — it is a credible path from demo to production with governance, cost and ownership built in from the start.

Most CIOs we speak to have the same three concerns: will this integrate with what we already run, will it pass audit, and will we still own it in two years. We design engagements to answer all three before code is written.

What we deliver for you

  • A two-week discovery that produces a ranked use-case portfolio, target architecture, data readiness assessment, governance baseline, cost model and a fixed-price build proposal
  • A first production release by week 12 — integrated, monitored, documented, with users trained and a runbook handed over
  • Build increments with fixed scope and fixed dates; weekly demos; nothing invisible
  • Managed run after go-live: evaluation against drift, cost control, agent supervision, model upgrades and a quarterly roadmap
  • Full handover documentation so you can take the system in-house at any time

How we work with your organisation

Discovery is ten working days with a team of three: engagement lead, solution architect and data engineer. We run workshops with business and IT, review your existing landscape, and read out findings on day ten. The discovery fee is fixed and credited against the build if you proceed within 60 days.

The build follows four movements — Perceive, Engineer, Deliver, Run — on a timeline you can put in a steering committee deck. We do not ask for a blank cheque or an open-ended proof of concept.

Integration and ownership

We build on your cloud, your identity provider and your systems of record. APIs, not screenshots. Every agent action is logged and attributable. No client data is used to train shared models. Data residency follows your region: India, UAE, Australia, EU or US.

Commercial clarity

Discovery is a fixed fee. Builds are fixed-scope increments. Managed run is a monthly fee tied to systems under management. Application modernisation is fixed-price per application or per wave. You get a cost model during discovery, not after the fact.

Regional delivery

We serve clients in India, the Middle East, ANZ and other regions from Bengaluru, Pune and the USA. Data residency follows your policy — India, UAE, Australia, EU or US — configured in infrastructure and documented in the discovery pack. Delivery combines regional client leadership with engineering depth; discovery makes that model explicit.

What week twelve looks like

The first production release is not a feature-complete programme. It is one workflow, integrated with your systems, running under monitoring with users trained and a runbook in place. Steering committees get a dated milestone they can track. Increment two expands scope only after increment one proves value and operational readiness.

Weekly demos from week three onward mean there are no surprises at go-live. Security and architecture reviews happen during the build, not as a gate the week before launch.

What we need from you

  1. A sponsor with authority to commit budget and remove blockers
  2. Access to the systems, data owners and process experts for the chosen use case
  3. A security and architecture contact who can answer integration questions within 48 hours
  4. Agreement on the definition of done for the first production release — users, metrics, audit requirements

Questions CIOs ask us

We already have pilots. Why start with discovery?

Pilots answer whether something is possible. Discovery answers whether it is worth building, how it fits your architecture, what it costs to run and what governance it needs. Most pilots skip that work and stall at scale.

Can you work alongside our existing SI or internal team?

Yes. We are clear about boundaries: we own the AI product engineering — architecture, models, agents, evaluation and LLMOps. Your SI or internal team may own adjacent work like ERP changes or network policy. We document interfaces so handoffs are clean.

What if we want to bring it in-house after go-live?

That is a success case, not a failure. Everything we build is yours: code, infrastructure as code, runbooks, evaluation suites and documentation. Managed run is optional.

How do you handle multiple business units with different priorities?

Discovery ranks the portfolio across units and recommends a first release with one clear owner. Shared foundations — data platform, evaluation, identity — amortise across later increments so each unit does not rebuild the same plumbing.

What reporting do you provide during the build?

Weekly demos to sponsors and technical leads, milestone status against the increment plan, evaluation and security artefacts as they land, and run-cost telemetry once staging traffic exists.

Aligning AI with the rest of IT

AI programmes fail when they sit outside change management, architecture standards and capacity planning. We map integrations and operational ownership into your existing IT operating model — on-call, incident tiers, CAB where required — so AI is not a shadow organisation.

Contact hello@incubics.com to start with a scoping call. Incubics formed in 2026; IQLEXA Technologies Private Limited is the legal entity. Offices in Bengaluru, Pune and the USA.

AI Discovery and Strategy starts every engagement. Data and AI Foundations, Generative AI and Agent Engineering, ML Engineering and LLMOps, and Application Modernisation follow as scoped increments. How we work describes Perceive, Engineer, Deliver and Run. Insights publishes fortnightly on evaluation, cost, governance and operations.

Named case studies publish when clients allow naming. Until then, role pages, FAQ and Engagements describe delivery honestly — fixed discovery fee credited within sixty days, fixed-scope build increments, managed run optional, handover any time.

We do not invent client logos, outcome statistics or certifications on these pages. Select your region on contact — India, Middle East, ANZ or Other. Glossary defines terms like evaluation harness, agent, residency and increment in plain language.

Getting started

Write to hello@incubics.com with your role, region and use case in two sentences. We respond within one business day with a scoping call invite. Incubics formed in 2026; discovery is two weeks fixed fee; production by week twelve of the build. Contact form regions: India, Middle East, ANZ, Other.

Bring your sponsor, a sketch of systems in scope and honesty about active pilots. We will tell you if discovery is the right next step or if prerequisite work should come first.

Offices in Bengaluru, Pune and the USA. Legal entity: IQLEXA Technologies Private Limited, registered in Pune. Data residency by region: India, Middle East, ANZ, EU, US and other deployments as scoped.

Next step

Start with two weeks.

A fixed-fee discovery gives you a ranked use-case portfolio, a target architecture, a cost model and a build proposal you can take to your board. If we don't find a case worth building, we tell you.
