Incubics formed in 2026 to bring that discipline to enterprise AI: from pilots to production, with governance built in.
Bellandur sits at the centre of the city's product ecosystem. Clients visit for workshops and reviews. Our engineers work on site when the problem requires it, and remotely when that is faster.

Discovery can start on site in Bengaluru, at your office, or remotely. The output is the same: a discovery pack and a build proposal your leadership can approve.
Time zones and collaboration
Bengaluru overlaps with Middle East business hours and part of European mornings. For ANZ clients we structure handoffs so reviews land in workable windows for both sides. Production systems do not depend on a single time zone — runbooks and on-call are documented for the teams that operate them.

Engagements follow the same cadence globally: discovery in two weeks, build with weekly demos, production target by week twelve, optional managed run. Bengaluru teams join client workshops locally or travel when security and access require presence on site.
Hypercare in the first weeks after go-live may include Bengaluru engineering on extended overlap with client ops hours. Runbooks document handoffs so support is not tied to a single office timezone.

Do you only serve clients in India from Bengaluru?
No. Bengaluru is our primary engineering hub. We serve clients in India, the Middle East, ANZ and other regions. Data residency and deployment follow the client's requirements, not the office location.
Can your team work on site at our office?
Yes, for discovery workshops, integration work and go-live support. Scope and travel are agreed during discovery.
How does Bengaluru relate to your Pune office?
Pune is our registered office. Bengaluru is where most delivery staff are based. Both are part of the same company.
Method and standards
Every engagement follows Perceive, Engineer, Deliver, Run. Discovery is two weeks. First production release targets week twelve of the build. Standards include data residency by region, every agent action logged and attributable, and no client data used to train shared models.
