How we work with US enterprises
US clients typically come to us with the same problem: pilots that impressed a steering committee but cannot pass security review, integrate with ERP or survive contact with real users. They need a partner who will produce a production plan in two weeks and a dated first release by week twelve — with governance that satisfies US privacy and security expectations.
We serve US enterprises from a delivery model that combines US-based client leadership with engineering depth from Bengaluru and elsewhere. That model is common in enterprise software; we make the boundaries explicit so you know who is in meetings and who is writing code.
Discovery: remote or on site
Discovery is ten working days. For US clients it often starts remotely — structured workshops over video, document review, architecture sessions — with on-site days when seeing the work matters: a newsroom, a studio, a classroom.
The discovery pack is the same regardless of format: ranked use cases, target architecture, data readiness, governance baseline, cost model and a fixed-price build proposal. The discovery fee is credited against the build if you proceed within 60 days.
Time zones
We staff US engagements so standups, demos and escalation paths overlap with US business hours. Production systems include runbooks for the teams that operate them — US or otherwise.
Data residency and deployment
US deployments use US regions by default when policy requires it. We support major cloud providers and private deployment where needed. No client data is used to train shared models. Every agent action is logged and attributable.
Cross-border delivery is governed by contract, access controls and infrastructure configuration — not by informal assumptions. Discovery documents data flows before build starts.

Commercials
Fixed fee for discovery. Fixed-scope increments for build. Monthly managed run tied to systems under management. We quote in USD for US clients. Payment terms are set in contract.
Getting started
Email hello@incubics.com with a short description of your use case, systems landscape and timeline. We respond within one business day with next steps — usually a 30-minute scoping call and a discovery proposal.
We do not publish a US phone number or mailing address on this site. If your procurement process requires a physical address for vendor setup, we provide it through direct correspondence.
Working across time zones
US client leadership covers standups, steering readouts and escalation during US hours. Engineering may follow the sun with Bengaluru for depth. Production systems include runbooks both teams can execute — handoff is not a single person's inbox.
Privacy and security expectations
US enterprises often bring mature vendor security programmes. We complete questionnaires, participate in architecture review and implement controls scoped in discovery — logging, residency in US regions where required, evaluation including adversarial scenarios. We do not claim certifications we have not earned.
Commercial and legal notes for US procurement
Master service agreements, statements of work and data processing terms are negotiated directly. We do not invent partner tiers or reseller programmes on marketing pages. If your process requires specific clauses — liability caps, insurance, subprocessors — raise them early in scoping.
Discovery fee is fixed and credited against build within sixty days if you proceed. Build increments are fixed scope and price. USD quoting is standard for US clients.
Questions from US clients
Is Incubics a US company?
Incubics is from IQLEXA Technologies and Clarivent. The legal entity is IQLEXA Technologies Private Limited, an Indian company with registered office in Pune. We serve US enterprises with US-based staff and US-region deployment where required.
Can you meet our vendor security requirements?
Yes. We complete security questionnaires and work through your onboarding process. Specific controls are scoped in discovery and implemented in the build.
Do you subcontract delivery offshore without telling us?
No. We are explicit about roles: who leads the engagement, where engineering sits, and how support is staffed. That is part of the discovery conversation.
What industries do you serve in the US?
Education, media, and brand and design. See our Industries pages for the use cases in each.
Method and standards
Every engagement follows Perceive, Engineer, Deliver, Run. Discovery is two weeks. First production release targets week twelve of the build. Standards include data residency by region, every agent action logged and attributable, and no client data used to train shared models.
Read How we work, Engagements and FAQ for commercials and process detail. Industries pages describe sector patterns without naming clients we have not been permitted to reference.

Start with two weeks.
A fixed-fee discovery gives you a ranked use-case portfolio, a target architecture, a cost model and a build proposal you can take to your board. If we don't find a case worth building, we tell you.
